Spring at last!

Here are a few shots I was able to grab over the weekend with my new (to me) Olympus XZ-1 point and shoot. I've been wanting to get a little pocket sized camera that would take decent pictures for those times I don't want to carry my DSLR around. I have been quite happy with it so far for taking "snapshots".

  1. Nice picture quality. I got myself a little pocket camera this winter for just the same reason.

  2. I've been really pleased. I have been in the habit of taking my DSLR everywhere, but I rarely use it, because it's too much "hassle". This fits in my center console and can easily go around my neck or in a jacket pocket and while the picture quality isn't quite up to par with my DSLR, it does a respectable job. It also has a f1.8 lens and does pretty well at high ISO so is good for low light shots.
