Suzie Yazzie

Suzie is the daughter of Effie Yazzie, a well known Navajo weaver.  Suzie was demonstrating her native dress and also herding some sheep during a photoshoot in Monument Valley.  I loved the quiet small smile on her face.

    Effie is daughter of famed weaver Suzie. Gorgeous portrait. It was an honor to meet Effie, and HER daughter, at Ford's point.
