Zane Grant ~ Nature's Fireworks

I spent the afternoon in the Bloedel Reserve wth my friend.  We took a leisurely walk through the many gardens, and I shot about a 100 photos.   I want to share the many shades and shpaes of green fireworks in the forest and on the ponds.

Reflections on meditation pool. This was a beautiful spot; 200 ft reflecting pool surrounded by a tall rhody hedge and then layers of deciduous and evergreen trees. Nice bench to sit and watch the water and light. f.5,6, 1/30s. ISO 200, 75 mm.

The labyrinth walk on the great lawn. f/6.3, 1/300 s, ISO 600, 200 mm. Bright filtered sun. I wanted to catch the movement and sense of circling.
