My brother in law and his wife host an annual family get together at his wifes parents residence on Pine Lake in Issaquah - My wife and her family crew up on the lake - and it has special meaning to them. Bob and Helen have been there for over 40 years. It's a real treasure to spend the day with all the kids, grandkids, great grandkids, cousins... having a great feast and enjoyment of being together and taking in the beauty and tranquillity of the area.
I love the relaxed feeling of these shots. That great splash couldn't be more perfect for the moment.
ReplyDeleteGREAT timing on the SPLASH! ALWAYS a challenge to be ready for anything! Usually the great shots happen the minute I put the camera down or momentarily check the image on the LCD. :-)
